• Device and usage data such as device type, operating system, app version, IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and interaction logs.
• Location information when you grant permission, used to show nearby events and relevant recommendations in Sri Lanka.
• Payment-related metadata processed by our payment partners. We do not store full credit or debit card numbers on our servers.

We use the information we collect to operate, maintain, and improve the Services, including:

• Creating and managing user, organizer, and artist accounts.
• Displaying events, locations, artists, and personalized recommendations.
• Processing ticket purchases and delivering digital QR tickets.
• Enabling event entry, QR check-in, attendance tracking, and organizer analytics.
• Powering Plan To Go features that show interest in events and help users coordinate attendance.

• With event organizers when you purchase tickets or indicate Plan To Go attendance, so they can manage events, validate entry, and understand audience interest.
• With artists when you follow them, to support notifications and engagement features tied to their profiles.
• With service providers who assist with hosting, analytics, customer support, payment processing, email delivery, fraud prevention, and identity verification.
• With payment processors to complete transactions securely.
• With authorities, regulators, or law enforcement when required by applicable law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users, organizers, or the public.
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality safeguards.

Ticket purchases on Rave Islands are processed through trusted third-party payment providers. Payment card details are transmitted directly to those providers and are handled according to their privacy and security standards.

We may receive limited payment information such as transaction IDs, payment status, amount paid, currency, and partial card details for reconciliation, support, and fraud prevention.

If you enable location permissions, we may use your approximate or precise location to show events near you across Sri Lankan cities and destinations such as Colombo, Mirissa, Hiriketiya, Arugam Bay, and other listed locations.

You can disable location access at any time through your device settings. Some location-based features may be limited if location permissions are turned off.

Our website may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to remember preferences, maintain sessions, measure traffic, and improve user experience.
