This Refund Policy outlines how refunds, cancellations, and exchanges are handled for event ticket purchases made through our platform.
1. Ticket Cancellations & Refunds
We offer refunds for event tickets under the following conditions:
- Eligibility: Refund requests must be made at least 48 hours before the event start time.
- Non-Refundable Cases:
- Requests made less than 48 hours before the event
- Missed events without prior cancellation
- Tickets purchased for non-refundable events (clearly mentioned on the event page)
2. Event Changes or Cancellations
If an event is cancelled or rescheduled by the organizer:
- You will be notified via email or SMS using the contact details provided during booking.
- You may be eligible for a full refund or ticket transfer to a rescheduled date, based on the organizer's policy.
3. Damaged or Invalid Tickets
If you experience issues with your ticket (e.g., not received, QR code not working):
- Please contact us immediately at support@raveislands.com or call +94 7575 34425.
- We will either resend the valid ticket or offer a refund if the issue cannot be resolved.
4. Refund Process
- Once a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original method of payment.
- Please allow up to 7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account (depending on your bank or payment provider).
