4. Ticket Delivery and Access

• Please ensure your contact information is correct to avoid delivery issues.
• Entry to events may require showing a valid ID, your ticket QR code, or order confirmation.

5. Cancellations, Refunds, and Event Changes

• Refund eligibility and deadlines are outlined in our Refund Policy.
• If an event is canceled or rescheduled, we will notify affected users and offer options such as refunds or rescheduling, as applicable.
• Rave Island is not liable for external costs (travel, accommodation, etc.) incurred due to event changes.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content on Rave Island — including logos, branding, designs, and images — is the property of Rave Island or its licensors.
• You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without prior written consent from Rave Island.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Rave Island, its team, or affiliates are not liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from your use of our platform or attendance at events.
• We make no guarantees regarding the safety, quality, or experience of any listed event. Event organizers are solely responsible for event execution.
• You assume full responsibility for attending events, including complying with venue rules and local laws.

8. Termination and Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent behavior, or misuse the platform in any way.

9. Modifications to Terms
